My name is Jayne Smith. I have been practising phlebotomy for over 8 years and work for the NHS in General Practice. My passion is delivering the best possible health care and making what can be an anxious time as relaxing and stress free as possible.
I can now offer private consultations so that if you prefer a home or office based appointment at a time that suits you then I can work with you to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. I also have a fully equipped clinic on Wednesday's in Framlingham if you would prefer to come to me.
I pride myself on delivering a pain free experience and specialise in working with patients who have needle phobias. My goal is to ensure you never feel rushed or under any pressure. If you have any additional needs or requirements I will always try and accommodate you.
I am a member of the National Association of Phlebotomists, and fully insured. I am Covid vaccinated and wear the correct PPE at all times.
